Today I will provide a little peek into my kitchen by showing the wallhangings I made for the wall next to the kitchen table. For awhile I was collecting fruit and veggie fabrics and made a throw-sized quilt for DMIL, since she is a great cook and has done a lot of canning. These quilts were made with the little scraps from the big jar blocks. They are hand appliqued (of course!) and the jars have little lids of a striped grayish fabric.
You can't see the rest of the kitchen--it's not presentable right now!!
